A Home Away From Home
Lean On We Residential Treatment Center, located in Texas, offers round-the-clock care and supervision for children in need. We provide a nurturing environment for children who have experienced severe abuse and neglect, offering comprehensive treatment services, medication management, and therapeutic support.
Our approach combines the sanctuary treatment model with principles from Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), alongside cognitive strategies and life skills curricula from ACCI. Our dedicated clinical team and direct care staff provide ongoing support and care until each child can be placed in a loving, permanent home where they can truly flourish.

Admissions Requirements
We accept individuals diagnosed as seriously emotionally disturbed by a mental health professional, following the criteria set by the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
Those who are unlikely to succeed in less intensive treatment environments are also eligible for residency at our center. To qualify, applicants must have funding for their treatment, be covered by health insurance, and be admitted by an authorized person who can transfer physical custody of the youth to us.
